About Me

I’m a lover of animals, family, the beautiful outdoors, and the magic found in exploring life.

A few years ago I began my journey towards wholeness and remembering. Remembering my power. My truth. Learning to step into both of them, proudly and humbly.

I’ve always been drawn to nurturing, healing and helping. And then a shift came.  Subtle, yet powerful. It felt like a sacred triangle; a connection between horses, the land, and humans. Guided by something greater and deeply supported. I was called to unravel old programming and find my natural rhythm.. one rooted in growth, kindness, boundaries, and reciprocity.

Then came Reiki.  

And the message: ”You’re an animal communicator”

I resisted.  “Nope. Not me!”

You see, I’ve had a life long dance with my voice and being seen. Put me on the spot and I freeze. But by gently stepping beyond that safe little box, I found space. Space to listen, to feel, to connect.

And I have found joy in helping others do the same.  Empowering others to reconnect with their gifts and to their truths. Holding space as they relearn to trust and believe in themselves and to rewrite the stories they didn’t choose but somehow inherited.

I’ve learned to speak energy fluently and intuitively.  With animals and the Earth, through presence, stillness, and trust.

Now, I offer that space to others. A space to heal, to remember, and to reconnect. With yourself, with the animals who walk beside you, and with the Earth who holds us all.
