If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck… then it must be a duck. Right?
The image of the table—wrinkled, smudged, scattered with debris and cedar leaves—it looks like a mess.
Horses are messy.
Nature is messy.
Life is messy.
Messiness is a sign of living—of vulnerability, of overcoming challenges, of rising, of trying, of growing.
Cedar leaves shed. So do old beliefs. Cedar trees, ancient symbols of purification, protection, and connection, remind us that shedding isn’t loss—it’s preparation. For change. For renewal. For releasing what no longer serves us.
The white quartz? Seemingly ordinary, yet deeply sacred. It symbolizes purity, clarity, and connection. The ’master healer’- bringing in nurturing energies, balance and emotional peace.
The green smudges on the table?
In this session, Catia illuminated a couple of key areas, ready to be seen and released: the ankle, the hip and the solar plexus.
And what is that unsightly green ‘smudge’?
It’s a love mark. A horse’s kiss. A reminder that you’ve been in the presence of something sacred. Green is the color of life, of healing, of renewal and balance. The color of the heart chakra. Of love. Of Mother Earth. Of Archangel Raphael’s healing light.
So maybe what looks like a mess…
Is actually a masterpiece
How is your mess also a masterpiece?
