Distance Reiki for You

Come home to yourself

When I send Distance Reiki to people, I tune in to the energetic currents within your body, feeling where energy flows freely and where it is stuck. Often, images, words, emotions, or sensations arise. These are messages from your body, your spirit, calling for deeper attention and healing.

Our bodies are wise. They store emotional residue from past experiences—traumas, ancestral imprints, and familial stories in the energetic centers (chakras). Over time, these stored energies may create imbalances that manifest physically, emotionally, or spiritually. You might feel “stuck,” fatigued, or disconnected without knowing why.

Reiki helps release these old patterns and restore energetic harmony. It opens space for clarity, self-awareness, and deep healing.

Together we will:

• Identify where your energy is being held or blocked
• Explore the spiritual/emotional root of the imbalances
• Offer tools to process, reflect, and realign
• Invite in your personal sovereignty, healing, and inner freedom

What to expect in a distance session for yourself?

Before your distance Reiki session, we’ll agree on a time that works well for both of us. Either during the day at a time you can rest quietly and undisturbed, or as you sleep. You don’t need to “do” anything other than allow yourself to receive. Finding a calm, comfortable space to relax is ideal.

At the scheduled time,  I will connect with you energetically using the Distance Reiki symbol and begin channeling Reiki to you.  This process is intuitive and each session unfolds uniquely based on what your body, mind, and spirit are ready to receive.

You may notice subtle physical sensations, such as warmth, tingling, or gentle waves of energy. You may feel deeply relaxed, emotional, or supported with a sense of peace and clarity. Some clients may fall asleep, this is perfectly normal and the healing and energy flows exactly where it is needed.

After the session, I’ll share ‘real time’ notes including all corresponding impressions, intuitive messages, and insights that came through during the session.  I will send these to you by email.  Once you’ve had a moment to read and reflect we will schedule a brief phone conversation to discuss your experience and anything that arose during the session
